Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
For all remote orders paid for by card on our website or over the phone, delivery is typically 1 – 3 business days from the time of purchase via our shipping partner DPD. If you have any specific requirements about delivery, please note these on your order or contact us at info@yocksscooters.com to let us know, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
RETURNS
In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. After 14 days since you received your order have elapsed, you do not have an entitlement to a refund or exchange. We may, however, consider offering you a store credit, at our discretion. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any items bought in a sale or at a discount. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way – you are still entitled to, and will be provided your full warranty and after sales support.
CANCELLATIONS
You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase / return the goods in “as new” condition, at which point we will provide you with our returns form and upon completion of this form you may return the goods to us. Yocks Scooters Shop defines “as new” as unused, boxed in original packaging and including any accessories in their original packaging and condition. We may refuse to accept a return or deduct from the refund any reasonable amount in the event that goods returned are not “as new”. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return the goods. We will inform you of any applicable charges before you return the goods to us, as is our obligation.
REFUNDS
We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them. Your refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).

It is illegal to ride electric scooters on footpaths, pedestrianised areas or motorways in Ireland. They are intended for cycle or bus lanes and on local, regional or national roads. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your E-Scooter with in all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of Yocks Scooter Shop products and holds Yocks Scooter Shop and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
Actual mileage range may vary – weight, terrain and weather dependent.
