Start with €40
The initial deposit opens your Christmas Club reservation. Confirm the agreed price and payment arrangements with the team.

Build up your balance
Pay weekly or monthly, in-store, by bank transfer or through a payment link supplied by Yocks. There is no interest or instalment fee.
The existing Christmas stock guarantee applies once 50% of the total has been paid; the initial €40 deposit alone does not meet that condition unless it also covers 50%.

Pay in full and arrange handover
The full balance is due before dispatch or collection. Confirm your delivery or collection arrangement with us.
Dates to remember
- 12 December 2026: full-payment deadline for online Christmas orders.
- 19 December 2026: last planned Derry collection date, by arrangement and subject to full payment.
Contact us early if you have a particular date in mind. Courier transit begins after dispatch; next-day transit is not a guarantee of next-day delivery from the date you order.

Before you reserve
What does the €40 deposit cover?
It starts your reservation and is part of the total price, not an additional fee. The team will confirm your chosen item and arrangements. The Christmas stock guarantee begins once 50% has been paid.
How can I make payments?
In-store, by bank transfer or via a Yocks payment link. Obtain payment details directly from the team. You can spread payments, but the final balance must reach us by the agreed deadline.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Contact us before making changes. A switch depends on availability and any price difference. The Christmas Club deposit is normally non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights. Your rights if we cannot supply the agreed goods are unaffected.
What if my chosen item becomes unavailable?
We will contact you to discuss the situation. Any alternative must be agreed with you. Nothing in these arrangements limits your statutory rights or requires you to accept store credit instead of a refund where a refund is legally due.
Can I collect?
Christmas Club collections from Derry are arranged directly with the team. This is separate from our standard online checkout, which offers Republic of Ireland delivery and no collection option.
