Warranty cover

• Revvi bikes: six months’ parts-and-labour warranty for product defects.
• Electric scooters and other e-bikes: 12 months’ parts warranty, unless a different product-specific warranty is stated.

What is excluded?

The commercial warranty excludes crash or accidental damage, water damage, normal wear of consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, brake pads and chains, and faults caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or maintenance rather than a product defect. These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to ask for help

Email info@yocksscooters.com with your order number, make and model, a description of the fault and any useful photos or video. Stop using a product if you suspect a safety fault.

We will discuss the assessment and return arrangements with you. Please contact us before sending a bike, scooter or battery. Where a repair falls outside warranty cover, ask for a quote for the work, parts and any transport costs before proceeding.

Your consumer rights

Our commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Its expiry does not automatically end your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements. See our delivery and returns information.
