This website is operated by Yocks Scooter Shop Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Yocks Scooter Shop. Yocks Scooter Shop offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Revvi bikes include six months’ parts-and-labour cover. Electric scooters and other e-bikes include 12 months’ parts cover unless stated otherwise. See our warranty page for scope and exclusions. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Servicing is available in select locations. Customers may optionally purchase extended shop support as a value-add service.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service is void where prohibited.

Some products listed online may be stored or serviced through our retail locations. Availability may vary between locations.

Your statutory rights to goods that meet their description and legal requirements are unaffected.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account, including email address and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.

Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms provided by the third-party provider.

Modification of electronics (e.g. controllers or firmware) may render a scooter illegal for road use. It is your responsibility to ensure the product complies with local road traffic laws before use.

Road use and safety

Check the intended use of your particular model before buying or riding. Vehicles described as off-road or private-land-only must only be used on private land with the landowner’s permission, away from public access—not on public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes.

Some compliant e-scooters can be used on public roads in the Republic of Ireland. Different rules apply to e-bikes and other powered vehicles. Read the current RSA e-scooter guidance for rider requirements and technical limits. Do not assume that every scooter sold here qualifies for road use.

Follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment and supervise children using children’s bikes. Check the rules for the country where you will ride.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Yocks Scooter Shop from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions

Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access at any time for breach or suspected breach

Entire agreement

These Terms, along with any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland.
