WARRANTY

All our scooters and e-bikes come with a 1-year parts warranty, not including parts subject to wear and tear such as tyres, brakes, chain and seat.

A Warranty covers you solely against manufacturing faults. General wear and tear, accidental or crash damage or damage from aggressive riding, water damage, exceeding the weight limit or anything else that results in damage due to misuse by the rider is not covered.

If the problem is not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and any shipping costs. All warranty claim decisions are final.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warranty is only for parts; any repair costs are not covered. We may replace warranty parts free of charge at our workshop but it will be the customer’s responsibility to bring the scooter to us and have it collected. This warranty parts replacement is also subject to availability of our engineers and will have to be booked in advance with Yocks Scooter Shop and cannot be done on while you wait basis.

Yocks reserves the right to use original or non-original parts for repairs undertaken. Non-original parts used will always be to the same specification as original parts. No warranty is provided for spare parts supplied by Yocks and installed either by the customer or a connected party.


Revvi Warranty Information


Revvi Warranty (Please Read)

It is advised to keep your original box and packaging throughout your bikes warranty period of 6 monthsin case the bike needs to be returned to us.

1. The manufacturer (Revvi) warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

2. This limited warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Revvi product.

3. This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever: Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation. Modified in anyway.  Used in wet conditions.

4. Warranty is a PARTS ONLY WARRANTY, It does NOT include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us, the bike needs to be returned to us (the place of purchase) at the CUSTOMERS cost. 

5. Please note if you order a bike for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland you will be liable for the price of postage for any parts supplied under our warranty! Postage cost is only covered on warranty parts to the UK and Ireland.
