Once 50% is paid, your gift is guaranteed. Collect from our shop or arrange delivery before Christmas Eve.

📋 Terms & Conditions
- Deposit: A €40 initial deposit is required to open your Christmas Club account. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Stock Guarantee: Items are guaranteed for Christmas collection or delivery once at least 50% of the total balance has been paid
- Full Payment: Full balance must be paid before collection or dispatch.
- Christmas Deadline: Recommended deadline for full payment. Saturday 19th December 2026
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made in-store, via payment link (Revolut Business), or by bank transfer. Details provided at time of deposit.
- Substitutions: Yocks Scooter Shop reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if the exact chosen item becomes unavailable. Customer will be notified and can choose to accept substitution or convert deposit to store credit.
- Closing Date: Christmas Club open until Saturday 19th December 2026 or while stock lasts.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
When do I need to have my gift fully paid off?
Ideally by 12th December 2026 to guarantee Christmas delivery. We may accept later payments for in-store collection right up to 19th December — but we recommend paying earlier to secure your item.
What happens if I change my mind?
Your €40 deposit is non-refundable
Can I change the item I’m reserving?
Yes — as long as it’s available and equal or higher in price. Just contact us to update your reservation.
What if the item is out of stock by the time I’ve paid 50%?
Once 50% is paid, your item is guaranteed. If stock issues arise, we’ll notify you immediately and offer either a suitable alternative or convert your payments to store credit.
Can I collect from the shop or do you deliver?
Both. In-store collection from our Derry shop is free. Ireland-wide delivery available with DPD next-day delivery. No customs charges as we ship nationwide from Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.
Do I have to pay a specific amount each week/month?
No — pay what suits you, when it suits you. Some customers pay €20 weekly, others €50 monthly. As long as you hit 50% before mid-November, you’re on track for Christmas.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes — we’ll provide our bank details at time of deposit. You can also pay in-store by card or cash, or via payment link (Revolut Business).
Is there any interest or extra fees?
No. You pay only the item’s ticket price — nothing more. Ever.
